I don't have time to get you up to speed from zero. Go back to the
last couple of threads about this and refute specific quotations I
made there from both standard documents and also refute the
examples I posted in both C and Fortran if that's what you want to
do, but I just don't have time to reestablish the context of those
previous discussions. I'm falling behind on projects that are
enjoyable right now.
