Maybe you wantt o check out the AT91RM3400.
Has ARM7TDMI core running at 66 MHz.
96 kB SRAM (boots from external Dataflash)
100 pin PQFP
* USB Full Speed (12 Mbit)
* IrDA-1 (115 kbps) UART
* TWI to connect to I2C display
* I/O ports for LEDs.
* No ADC I am afraid but you can connect through SPI.
If you want Ethernet, then the AT91RM9200 will give you everything except a
graphic display.
Check out the Cogent CSB337 card (www.cogcomp.com) which has an external
display.
