a little board that runs linux?

Hi,
I need to find a little cpu board that runs linux.
What I need:
serial interface
ethernet 10 at least.

32MB/64 of ram 16 of flash.

Do you know some manufacter that sells such a thing, in little/medium
quantity? (1,10,30)
