sle4428 PSC verification problem

hi all.
now i am working in smart card access.
i am using SLE4428 memory card.
and i am trying to access card form 8051 controller.
i can read data from card following it's data*** .

but can't write into it .coz my verification process not working.

i can write error-counter bit. after that my verification process fails.

will you all please help me give some solutions..
