MS in Embedded Systems?

Hi everyone..
Iv been a passive member of this group till now..im fascinated by the
field of embedded sys, even though im an absolute greenhorn :-( but im
trying to learn..
Im doing my Undergrad in Electronics and Communications, id like to do
a masters degree in the field of embedded systems (from the US)..i
agree with the views expressed in a similar post that EmSys is too
vast a field to "master" in 2 yrs..
The only univ providing a Masters in EmSys is UCI..i think il have to
take up CompSc and steer the course towards EmSys..you guys are
experienced, kindly advise me on what subjects i should be taking up,
so that i can search for a suitable univ.
any suggestions about univs?
