set calibration byte for Atmel Tiny12

Hi,

I would like to know whether it is possible to use PonyProg (or any
other program) to set the calibration byte for the oscillator of
Tiny12 before downloading any code into the device. The reason is
because the internal oscillator is too slow for in-system programming
to work.
