The stuff at olimex(www.olimex.com). You might even want to take a look at
that guy that continually spams these newsgroups, I don't recall their
name nor do I know of the quality of the boards these companies produce.
All I can say about any of these is that Olimex does manufacture PCB quite
cheaply, I've only had contact with them for this purpose.
