Looking for touch screen / signature cap / LCD kit

Hi,

I'm trying to find a development kit (or some hardware I can put together)
with the following -

Color display (approximately 5-6" diameter), Touch screen, and at least one
part of the screen will need to be useful for signature capture.
I'm not sure if this part will be on the screen or separate, I'm looking for
advice here.

Can someone point me in the right direction or suggest some useful search
terms? :)
