There must be some exception. Otherwise, how could all those PCs be shipped?
Every one of them has a battery to backup the clock. A big chunk of Dallas
Semi line (Maxim, now?) contains batteries and operating circuitry: iButton,
clock calendar modules, etc. None of these items can be shipped by air?
