About as possible as turning .hex files back into C source, or
hamburgers back into cows. A video frame made with an unsteadily held
camera that shows any artefacts caused by this is completely munged
up. Un-munging just doesn't work.
You need a lot of extra knowledge about what's in the picture for any
kind of motion blur reduction to actually work. It may well end being
so much much additional information you could just _paint_ the picture
from scratch ;-)
