Funny you should ask. I'm just trying to source either the FDS9431A or
the NDS8434A from Fairchild and have both datasheets open right now.
They are logic-level P-channel mosfet's and them meet your VGS threshold
requirement. Please check data sheets for other parameters to suit your
application.
