Looking for a p-channel enhanced-type power MOSFET with Gate Threshold Voltage less than -1.0 volts

Hi there,

IRF7606 is able to provide a Gate Threshold Voltage (Vgs) at -1.0 volts.
However, my application requires a similar type of P-channel Power MOSFET
with a Gate Threshold Voltage (Vgs) around -1.5 volts (lesser than -1.5
volts will be still fine). Could anybody please provide me a hint about the
parts?
