Source for Phillips microcontroller NOS

Wondering if anyone has a source for small quantities of New Old Stock
on Phillips microcontrollers. The distributors who sell old stock won't
even
reply to a request for a few parts.

Looking for some Phillips P89C51RD2HBA microcontroller to affect a
repair.
