Byte Craft have just said so in this thread.
There are many others who will. They just don't advertise it.

What is more these are the original compilers not the same source re-
built with different tools to run on different hardware.

SO there is no difference between commercial and open source when it
comes to archiving or needing an old version. Other than the fact it is
a lot more difficult to get the original tools to do the build
identically.

If you are nto doing an IDENTICAL rebuild the insistence on an old
version falls over.
