Does your PC104 card have any power supply on it at all? If not you should
perhaps consider making your own UPS system. A DC-DC converter (or two)
delivering the PSU voltages the PC104 card requires, a battery pack that
has enough capacity to keep your system going for as long as you need it to
and a battery float charger. You need to ensure that, when the mains supply
fails, the charger is not responsible for any of the discharge.
