This sort of spam is not welcome on international or technical news
groups. I hope you get lots of mail rejecting it. Use newsgroups
with 'jobs' in their name.

To the general readership - it will help to protest to the email
address <mailto:juliamcdermott@xxxxxxxxxxx>. The flood of mail
will make the spam useless to the spammer, and cost them time and
effort.
