Maybe its because of long habits formed starting with Win95..but in over 12 years of use from Win95 beta through XP Pro sp2 I've yet to have a single update failure. ... I'll clean out all the prior XP updates that have been replaced by later...but wading through everything might be worth more than its worth since drive space is economical and they all easily fit on a single dvd. ... Lately I've been spending almost all the time in Vista so I'm keeping the uninstall folders for longer, since I don't exercise XP that much. ...
