No. But it's better that way. It means there's one variable less to worry about.

If you must ask, the answer almost certainly is that you can't.
To elaborate on that answer: it takes specially crafted input signals to measure a CAN node's exact sampling point. They have to look almost, but not quite like an actual CAN frame. If you had the tools go generate such signals, I can be assumed you would know how to use them, and not ask the above question.
I believe all but the most paranoid engineers would just take the numbers from the data *** at face value on an issue like that.
