Breakpoints in "unrolled loop"

Hello All,

what's the behaviour of your debugger(s) when the code contains
unrolled loops, IOW one source statement corresponds to many locations
in the binary?

My debugger currently doesn't handle this situation very well, and I
would like to know how clever other debuggers are.
