Er... Have you connected your device to a hub, a switch or a router? In
turn connected to another devices, a LAN, Internet, or what?

CONNECT TO A SWITCH,THE SAME COMPUTER, BUT NOT RECEIVE PACKET LIKE
PROMISCOUSE.
