C Embedded Principal Software Engineers in Germantown, MD

We are looking for an embedded software Engineers for our project with
Linux experience, need to be somewhat senior (Principal Engineer
level) and need to work onsite in Germantown, MD.
No of positions: 4
Required skills are C, functional design and target OS - Linux.
XML, SOAP (Simple object access protocol) are a big plus.
Satellite/network communication experience will be an added plus
Responsibilities:
The task(s) are designing and writing NMS(network management system) /
EMS (Element Management System) agents on the embedded platform that
interface with EMS/NMS system and the embedded applications for FCPS
(Fault, Configuration, Performance, status) functions. In addition,
there is some work in the redundancy area and system initialization
tasks.
solid XML, SOAP experience using C in an embedded environment - will
be writing an NMS/EMS Agent (for one of the positions)
Others to write algorithm code for Satellite communications physical
layer communications, Embedded C, Linux, some comm. Theory/physical
layer understanding is desirable.
