There are conductive pens, and other techniques such as laying down a
metal track covered in adhesive. But these are low reliability
techniques. As you can easily see, big manufacturers who need to patch
production runs always use wire patches (typically wire-wrap wire
soldered at each end and held down across the board with glue).
