Calibration PTZ camera and fixed camera

Hello,

I would like to calibrate fixed camera with PTZ camera. Calibration
that means mapping between fixed camera and PTZ camera.

How can I map the fixed-camera pixel coordinates to altitude and
azimuth for the TPZ mount by look-up table or simple approximation?

Any help would be highly appreciated.
