Gotchas for SiLab F340 ?

About to start a new project using this device. It seems to have a good
amount of memory and be well priced. We won't be using the USB section.

I have already seen one gotcha in the Keil space (you gotta turn the WDT
timer off pretty soon or C's initialisation may may exhasut the first
quantum).

Any bugs in their framework code (as I have reportted there to be in the
Cypres FX2 framework code)?
Will we continue to be happy with the Keil compiler (as we were with the
Cypres FX2)?
Any thoughts on the Silicon Laboratories C8051F340DK kit?
