The one for ARM7s (architecture v4T) used to be available as a PDF
from the ARM website

Look for ARM ARM (Architecture Reference Manual) or DDI 0100. It's
also available in paper format (recommended) - you'll need a pack
of post-it notes as well!
The manual for ARMv7 (Cortex) is DDI 0405 but you have to ask for it.
