The Craftsman articles are indeed fun. I don't think they're exactly
derived from the Agile SD book, but Bob's probably planning to collect
them all into another book sometime.

They're published in the Software Development magazine, and they're all
available at http://www.sdmagazine.com/columnists/martin/ - you'll have to
register to access this, but it's free and there are also some interesting
articles by other writers.
