I can't be sure, but those screenshots look uncannily like MindJets
MindManager software, which we use at work for project
planning/brainstorming/ideas/software design. Software can be found at
http://www.mindjet.com/
This is a nice clever piece of software, although I haven't fully taken on
board the whole concept of mind mapping yet!
