IBM 486 Exam [ UML-OOAD ]

Hi,
Would like to know if anyone has the Whizlabs 4.0 verion 486 simulator
for the IBM 486 Exam [ UML-OOAD ].
Version 5.0 is the current one.

Please let me know if anyone one of you has the previous version or
aleast a url from where I can download it.
