As I am reading about XP and trying to apply to my new project, a lot
of questions (many trivial and silly perhaps for the better informed)
keep coming up.
When I read about pair programming, it makde immense sense to me
(after the initial shock). But when I discovered that I have a five
programmer team, how do I pair them? Should one person be left
unpaired, or should I find some other role for her, or find a sixth
programmer just for pairing, or ...?
May sound a silly question to many, but I need some practical input on
this. In general, should all XP projects have an even number of
developers?
...Ash
