Resonance Pattern

A pattern I commonly see in cortical processing is a 'resonance'. This
is the pattern that swarm intelligences and multi-agent systems seem to
be trying to emulate, and is the topic of active research in
computational neuroscience. Yet in OOD, no sign of it. Clues?
