Advanced UML Certification: document not publicly available

Hello everybody,

I passed the Fundamental and Intermediate OCUP levels, and I'm now
studying for the Advanced level.

10% of this exam is based on a separate document: the UML
Infrastructure submission document, which is not available on the
OMG site (last version found: January 2003, looking for the
September one).

I asked for it on umlcert@o..., info@o..., no answer...
Prometric cannot help. Can somebody help in searching for this
document (an OMG member ?).
