CDF - Canonical Design Form
        ~ basic layering:
                data, business, gui
        ~ layers typically communicate via abstract interfaces
        ~ classes are created as one of 3:
                 Entity, Interface, Controller

CDF has been found to provide tremendous benefits in managing
dependency as a result of summarizing decades and millions of people
hours of software engineering practices.
