Books on its way. Reading the contents page seems to suggest it'll be
more for c++
legacy code though. I say this purely because when I was doing c++ a
lot of the issues
I saw in the contents list were issues that had to be dealt with
where-as at the moment
I don't. Probably just my circumstances though.
Would have responded earlier but google.co.uk newsgroups don't seem
to work anymore,
google.com does.
Still not sure about the databases though, seems to be the main
sticking point, mainly because
when I've done unit testing before I didn't have to deal with a
database (not my area at the time),
also the code was such that it was possible to fairly easily create
(stub) objects to deal with
where-as now you seem to need a lot of info to start with before you
can do anything
(and which does seem valid).
So ta for the book link, if you know anything more about databases
and unit testing then please
let me know.
