Measuring and comparing consistency is going to be tough via discussion
groups. I don't remember any other OO proponent claiming OO was more
consistent than the alternatives in all my years of debating OO (then
again, I don't remember every debate). Thus, it may be better to focus
on other metrics besides consistency. Code size and "better handling of
change" are the two most common metrics used in such debates, probably
because they are the most measurable. Others have been tried, but were
not clear enough to be useful.

"Better models the human mind" comes up every now and then, but
psychology is a dark-grey art and every mind is different.
