Responding to Santiago...
Hi, I don't know if this is the right channel to make this question.
Probably comp.object.software-eng would be better.
I want to manage my projects in a better way. I read some articles and books on planning, managing, analisis (use cases) and so on.
The question is: anybody can give me some url or documents with templates (a basic set of steps) on planning, use cases and system contracts.
The book "Team Software Process" by Watts Humphreys has planning templates and comes with a disc with the templates and a tracking spread***. TSP worked very well where I worked before retiring -- so well that Management mandated than the Hardware people should use it as well.
************* There is nothing wrong with me that could not be cured by a capful of Drano.
