Hi Antonio,
I've seen this question posted at least a dozen times over the course of a
dozen years. Nearly always, the answer is that you can purchase a set of
templates and then spend considerable time tailoring them to your
organization, or you can buy a book like "Software Requirements" by Weigers
and you can simply follow the examples in the book to create your own
templates.
I have seen a CMM book that came with a CD of templates, but I think I was
the only person on the planet interested enough in CMM at the time to buy it
:-).
