Gee. I'm glad I worked for French people for an entire year, in Califormia,
before they sacked me with essentially the same formality, under California
laws.

During that year, I was repeatedly commended for giving them a super-short
turnaround on all my modules.

Then I tracked a bug in a senior's module. Because his turnaround was so
slow, he ordered me to add an 'if' statement on my side to catch the bug and
squelch it. I responded with a test case demonstrating how the 'if'
statement couldn't work.

Just another example how tests lead the process, including the Replace
Employer Refactor.
