I'm not sure I get what you're saying here. You seem to be saying "It
doesn't matter whether one is doing one day of reviewing each month, or
two hundred mini-reviews of one minute each in an iteration - it's just
the same amount of review."
I would *bet* that to any external observer, the difference would appear
to be quite significant, whether or not they called it a "fundamental
philosophical difference".
Doing one review a month vs. two hundred per iteration might, for
instance, make some difference in how people's reviewing skills improve
over time.
