"Compared to the pair programming overhead of 15% presented in [12],
the pairs performed well and it is not yet clear if they would improve
their performance further in successive assignments." p8
[12] is the Utah Study - L.Williams, R. Kessler, W. Cunningham, and R.
Jeffries. Strengthening the case for pair-programming. IEEE Software,
July/Aug. 2000.
