I don't think Robert wanted to suggest that mindlessly making the tests pass
was all a team needed to do.
But let's imagine a team that acts responsibly - that makes sure that the
tests are written in a good way, and made passed in a sensible way, and does
anything else a good team does. Wouldn't "passes all the acceptance tests"
be a quite good definition for "done" *for such a team*?
