offtopic: looking for a name for a concept

Hi all,

I'm looking for a word and I hope that you can help me out.
Is there a name for the supertype of which both parameters and variables are
subtypes of.
So far, the best I could come up with is 'referencable' as they are both
referencable.
Is there any better word?
