Responding to Guru.naveen...
I am designing a file system. I finished already SRS and written test cases(not complete.. still i am updating)
I assume you mean you are designing the software for a file management system (an OOA/D Model) as opposed to the data content of the files (a Data Model).
my question is: how to proceed to next stage desiging HLD document for File system.
Is there any process to follow when writing???
The short answer is: basic OOA/D. Get a book on OOA/D and use that as a guide to creating a UML HLD. (The Books category of my blog has some suggestions on finding a good OOA/D book.)
************* There is nothing wrong with me that could not be cured by a capful of Drano.
