UML certification: hands on study?

Hello everyone,

I'm preparing myself for the UML examination OMG UML certification
OM0-100.

I'm unable to find any kind of hands on training. I'm reading concept
after
concept and unable to make many connections between them. I'm not
making
the speed of progress that I want.

Can someone point me to a resource that may help?
