Anyone having some experience with small business apps - specially
web-based ones - will surely know the answer.
I think the poster was saying that "majority" in the RDBMS and "more
complex" in the GUI seems to add up to more than 100%, but strictly
speaking that is not what you said, a bit of conflation of quantity
and quality going on.
