New version : 2.21.1 available at http://bouml.free.fr.

This release mainly adds the tool "Project synchro" allowing to
synchronize modifications made in parallel by several users on separate
images of a project.

This tools is a priori used in complement of "Project control" and/or
"File control".

The documentation is also updated.
