Fortunately, we have people here such as Patrick May who have used OOP
in this domain. They may tell us something about the inherent nature of
the domain that makes OOP worth consideration.

I done/do Windows development among others and in my opinion
especially the current Windows OO architectural, and programming
paradigm have greatly decreased the complexity of programming
Windows. It starts with an intuitive OO conceptual framework and this
leads the way to clearer, easier and more straigtforward programming.
