anyone recommend
a good book on OO for a beginner. I was told Design Patterns is a bit
advanced, and that
The Grady Booch book is out of date.
You need to learn OOA/D first, even if you eventually use one of the OOP-based agile processes. So you need a good OOA/D. The Books category of my blog has some suggestions for selecting one. [Alas, there are currently some accessing problems so wait a couple of days before trying to access it.]
