Retrieving my IP

Hi

I'd like to retrieve the IP which identifies my computer in the LAN, the IP
which people somewhere on the internet need to contact me (when I'm using
some kind of modem) and, in the case I'm "behind" a router, the address
which can be used to contact him from the internet.
How to do that in C/C++?
