Haven't you been reading their delightful EULAs recently? They
can simply erase the offending application from your system. This
applies whether or not they sold it to you. You can only appease
them by greasing their palms with suitable samples of currency of
the realm, and that only if you can convince them you won't
disparage their products ever under any circumstances.
