No, he just had to impress the hell out of very tall, thin, wealthy people
on wall street that think that only tall, thin wealthy people can manage
public companies so that their stocks are worth investing in. Must be why
the stock split so many times over the last decade or so.
You also didn't address the point that his executives by no means fit the
"cookie cutter" mentality described previously. Some of the goofiest
folks you've ever seen have positions of large responsibility there. It
seems to be working.
I'm not saying it doesn't happen, I just am in general opposed to such
incredibly broad sweeping statements as if they were Newton's laws.
